He has over 10 years of experience leading teams to understanding their challenges and developing innovative solutions, from strategy work at agencies working on major brands, to building an in-house strategic innovation and design function in a large Healthcare organization.He has facilitated hundreds of workshops and ideation sessions, including an annual "Create-a-Thon" innovation challenge.
